If you are committed to discipleship and church leadership development and plan to serve in North Africa, the Middle East, West Africa, or Europe, the PALM team may be the right place for you.

We are looking for new team members to join our geographically dispersed ministry team and contribute to a growing movement of leadership development among believers from a Muslim background.

About the PALM Team

Our team of 15 members represents seven nationalities, including several believers from a Muslim background. Although we live in different regions, we share a unified vision: to see mature, multiplying churches established throughout the Arab world and beyond.

To advance this vision, we train and mentor believers from Muslim backgrounds to teach, disciple, and multiply churches among more than 50 unreached people groups. We collaborate with national churches whenever possible and partner closely with PIONEERS church-planting teams to develop leaders who will train others in turn (2 Timothy 2:2).

Flexible Roles – Serve from Where You Are

PALM offers flexible, hybrid roles that allow you to serve from home anywhere in Europe, the UK, North America, the Middle East, or North Africa. Alongside direct ministry involvement, there are multiple ways to contribute according to your skills and experience. Both full-time and part-time candidates are welcome.

Both part-time and full-time roles are available.

Opportunities include:

• Discipleship and leadership development of BMBs

• Training and mentoring BMBs

• IT and website management

• Administration and project management

• Curriculum and resource development

• Media, communication, and online training coordination

Your role can be shaped around your gifts as you collaborate with your local PIONEERS team, the PALM team, and national church networks.

The need for well-trained leaders among believers from a Muslim background continues to grow across the Arab world and the diaspora. PALM exists to meet this need by walking alongside new believers and forming leaders who will disciple others and multiply churches where the gospel is least known.
